JUWO Evolved SmartWall

A thin joint masonry system that can achieve Building Regulation requirements as a stand-alone structure or, with the addition of external wall insulation, meet Passivhaus requirements. This solid masonry system provides the benefit of good thermal mass with its vapour open structure.

JUB Homes I.C.F

Our expanded polystyrene insulated concrete formwork solution with a concrete core that achieves U Values from 0.20 to 0.10W/m2K whilst also providing extremely high structural strength with inherently good air tightness.

Timber Frames

The timber frame solutions that we offer are all factory insulated and designed to provide the thermal performance you want to achieve. We are also able to adapt the manufacture to use more natural materials. Our timber frame solutions are based on a solid wall of insulation between the studs and externally and do not require a cavity wall construction.

Cross Laminated Timber.

Using a sustainable, natural product guarantees a healthy and comfortable living environment. The Walls, ceilings, roofing , stairs & interior finishes can all be manufactured using the CLT solution. Being designed and built off-site provides speed in the construction and a high energy efficiency of the building.
